The family has three children: a nine-year-old, who will not be in Milan full-time, and two boys aged seven and three. The nanny’s main focus will be supporting the younger children, creating a happy, engaging and well-structured environment while helping them settle into their new home and routine. The family is looking for someone personable, bubbly and naturally engaging, with the energy and warmth to build a genuine connection with the children. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and confident planning age-appropriate activities, outings and educational play. Applications are welcomed from both newly qualified Norland Nannies and experienced Norlanders. For a newly qualified candidate, the family would value maturity, enthusiasm and a willingness to grow with them.
