Описание: Joko is an AI shopping app that helps millions of users save time and money when shopping online or in-store. You will run full-cycle recruiting on roles spanning tech, product, design, and business. You will own the quality, the pace, and the outcome. Our hiring managers are demanding and involved — your job is to match their energy and raise the quality of the conversation. You will help shape how we work — process, tooling, AI workflows, interviewer training, employer brand on your roles — not just execute against a playbook handed down from above.
Требования: You have a first experience in recruitment, agency or in-house. What matters is that you've already run real recruitment work and want to level up fast in a high-bar environment. You take rejection as data, not as a verdict. You want to be a real partner to hiring managers, not just a service provider. Sharp written and verbal communication in both French and English. Fluent in English (our working language). French and Spanish are a plus
Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget.
