Role Description & Overview
Liechtenstein Business sucht eine/n Fachärztin/Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie zur Leitung des interdisziplinären Behandlungsteams am Standort Pfäfers. Sie arbeiten eng mit der pflegerischen Leitung und dem oberärztlichen Team zusammen, um die stationäre Versorgung auf hohem medizinischem Niveau sicherzustellen.
Sie tragen Verantwortung für Weiterentwicklung, Supervision und strukturierte Weiterbildung der Assistenzärzte sowie eine Recovery-orientierte Behandlungsphilosophie.
