Role Description & Overview
Syntetica, a Paris-based startup, is seeking an engineering manager to scale our nylon recycling technology. You will lead a team of process engineers, coach growth, and bridge R&D, engineering and operations to move lab concepts into pilot and demonstration-scale production.
You bring 8+ years in process engineering, 3+ years leading teams, and strong fundamentals in depolymerization, separations, and process controls. Fluency in English is required; French is preferred.
