Role Description & Overview

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Offshore Agent on a 12 Month Contract based in Bristol.

Responsibilities

People: managing Section Engineers, Site Engineers, Offshore Client Representatives and supply chain partners
Safety: approving method statements and risk assessments, investigating incidents and auditing vessels and sites
Technical: coaching the team, approving supplier solutions and solving construction problems
Quality: owning the handover documentation (completion files, inspection test plans, non-conformances)
Programme: building the resourced programme and tracking productivity against it
Commercial: owning the section budget, managing subcontractors and producing records so the company can recover costs

Requirements

Experience managing offshore or marine construction works and teams
CSCS card and a current driving licence
SSSTS or SMSTS (site supervisor safety training)
STCW-95 or equivalent (basic sea safety training)
Able to write programmes, budgets and handover paperwork
Willing to work unsociable hours offshore
ICE, IHT or similar chartership is desirable, not essential
