Role Description & Overview
CA-GIP recherche un Animateur des capacités TECH pour piloter et coordonner l’opérationnalisation du framework technologique du cluster SFS.
Vous garantissez l’adoption, l’efficacité et le suivi des comités et des outils de pilotage (Jira, KPI, référentiels), et accompagnez le changement.
Vous collaborez avec les responsables produits, architectes et managers et vous mesurez la performance via des reportings réguliers pour améliorer les pratiques.
