You will design dashboards, leverage compliant AI, and collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure market-competitive, transparent pay practices.
You will analyse market data, support equity grants and gender pay reporting, and help evolve our total rewards strategy in a global, inclusive culture.
