Role Description & Overview
Gamma Recruitment is helping a confidential international hospitality group to recruit a Hotel General Manager for a property in Italy. You will own the hotel’s P&L, guest experience and team, reporting to the Head of Operations.
You will drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR with the Revenue team, lead hiring, uphold service standards and maintain cost discipline. This role requires entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership and a track record in boutique or lifestyle hotels.
