Sales & Marketing Manager

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, events, and brand awareness across the business. You will be the face of the venue within the local community, building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of events and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Driving revenue through proactive sales activity and relationship building.
• Managing and converting event, group dining, and private hire enquiries.
• Developing and implementing local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and footfall.
• Building strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, concierge networks, and event organisers.
• Planning and executing promotional campaigns, networking events, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintaining excellent client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Working closely with the senior management team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Monitoring performance, reporting on sales activity, and identifying growth opportunities.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives on building relationships, and has a proven track record of driving sales.

You'll ideally have

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Events role within hospitality.
• Experience working within a premium restaurant, hotel, or events environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing and executing local marketing campaigns.
• A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, ambitious, and commercially focused approach.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools is advantageous.
