Role Description & Overview

  • Support the financial closing and reporting processes.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
  • Analyse costs, profitability and business performance.
  • Monitor key financial and operational indicators.
  • Support inventory and production controlling activities.
  • Cooperate with production, operations and supply chain teams.
  • Prepare financial analyses, business cases and ad hoc reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support improvements in controlling processes.

  • Previous experience in finance, controlling, accounting or a related area.
  • Educational background in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of financial and cost controlling.
  • Interest in business and manufacturing processes.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proactive approach, curiosity and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
