Role Description & Overview
fonio.ai seeks a hands-on engineer to bridge product and customer deployments in the UK. You will translate customer needs into working AI phone agent setups, requiring real coding ability and a solid grasp of how language models behave.
You’ll connect external systems via APIs and webhooks and debug live call issues with calm precision. You'll shape prompts, guardrails, and flows that handle real calls, design reusable templates and playbooks, and ship quickly while keeping stability.
