Role Description & Overview
Sense Company zoekt een HR & Project Manager die zorgt dat HR-zaken goed geregeld zijn en tegelijk projecten oppakt die Sense verder brengen. Je werkt aan recruitment, onboarding, contracten, ontwikkeling, functioneren en verzuim, en ondersteunt managers en medewerkers.
Daarnaast leid je organisatiebrede projecten, stelt duidelijke doelen, planningen en verantwoordelijkheden vast, werkt internationaal mee en zorgt voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving.
