Location: Arlesey, Bedfordshire
Employment Type: Full-Time Training Position
Working Period: Mon-Fri - 8am-5.30pm
Salary: £20'000+ Per Annum (Depending on prior experience & progression speed)

As we continue to expand into Hybrid and Electric Vehicle technology, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Trainee Automotive Technician to join our team and develop hands‑on skills within a leading transmission workshop.

About the Role

You’ll be joining our expert workshop team, working alongside experienced technicians to learn every aspect of gearbox and clutch repair. This role offers practical, in-depth training that will build your knowledge of modern vehicle systems — including emerging Hybrid and EV technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the removal and refit of clutches and transmissions
• Support gearbox diagnostics, inspection, and rebuild procedures
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness
• Follow health and safety procedures and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet project deadlines
