Role Description & Overview
AM Global in Leicester is seeking a Coating Supervisor to support the coating department in line with production requirements, safety rules, and quality standards. You will operate at least two coating plants, measure with spectrophotometers, and work to minimise defects while maintaining accurate paperwork.
The role requires familiarity with print specs and ISO guidelines, plus the ability to train colleagues and maintain a tidy, safe workplace on site.
