Role Description & Overview
Tarmac Trading Limited is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor (Maternity Cover) to support projects across the South West and South Wales region. Based at Kington, Hendy or Stancombe, the role requires strong NEC contract knowledge, numeracy and commercial acumen.
You will report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, manage CVRs, forecasts and final accounts, while ensuring timely payments and robust subcontractor management. Travel between sites will be required.
