Role Description & Overview
Stanley Black & Decker seeks an Finance Manager for Southern Europe to drive planning, performance, and strategic analysis across brands. You will own month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and regional S&OP, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
In this hybrid role, you will lead SG&A budgeting, develop customer P&Ls, and deliver senior-management presentations. Strong Excel, SAP, EPM, and Power BI experience and fluency in Italian and English are required.
