Role Description & Overview
Napthens LLP in Lytham St Annes is seeking experienced Conveyancers, Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) or fee earners to join our friendly team.
You’ll manage your own varied caseload from instruction to post completion, covering sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership. You’ll handle title investigations and drafting, keeping clients informed and transactions moving.
