Role Description & Overview
Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is partnering with a fast-growing Birmingham design and build contractor to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor. You will support pricing of fit-out projects up to £500k, taking off quantities from drawings and sourcing quotes as you work alongside PMs and the in-house design team.
You will learn from a team that values commercial detail as much as great design, gaining exposure from early drawings to final accounts within a hands-on environment.
