Grouper Technology Limited in Ireland is seeking an Applications Support Lead to guide the live analytics applications used by a global user base. You will lead the team, coordinate with operations, engineering and product owners, and ensure end-user support is delivered with high service levels.
You will implement and operate the tools that run our core operations, manage incidents, and drive improvements to remaining outages, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to keep key services
