Role Description & Overview
Linnaeus, part of Mars Veterinary Health Europe, seeks a Workforce Management Specialist to lead Quinyx adoption across European clinics. The role supports multiple country teams, enhances scheduling accuracy and data quality, and drives analytics-based decision making.
You will collaborate with Payroll, P&O, IT and operations to standardise processes, improve payroll inputs and expand analytics capabilities across Europe.
