Le Conseil départemental du Val d'Oise recrute un chargé de gestion comptable pour assurer l’exécution comptable des dépenses liées aux marchés publics d’investissement, du contrôle des pré-engagements au mandatement.
Rattaché au responsable du pôle marchés publics d’investissement, il assure l’interlocuteur de proximité des directions métiers et contribue à la fiabilisation de la chaîne comptable et au respect des délais de paiement.
