Role Description & Overview
Sunrate is seeking an Implementation & Customer Delivery Manager in London to own end-to-end customer implementations from contract through first live transaction. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage API integrations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for strategic clients.
You’ll act as the single point of contact, drive project plans, timelines and success metrics, and partner with Sales, Compliance, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver on time and exceed
