Role Description & Overview
RECRUITERS is seeking an experienced Biotech Associate Team Lead for downstream manufacturing in Dunboyne on an 11-month, fully onsite contract. You will lead a team of 9 associates, oversee batch progression and ensure GMP/EHS compliance in a high-speed 24/7 shift.
The role requires a Level 8 Bachelor's in a technical field and at least 5 years in biopharma, with downstream experience in filtration/purification and exposure to paperless manufacturing and single-use equipment.
