(Senior) Internal Auditor Operational Audits

In this role you drive the internal audit function with a strong emphasis on analytics across global operations. You will lead and execute audits (subsidiaries, processes, projects, specials) and supervise others, while integrating data analytics into fieldwork and reporting. You will shape audit techniques and contribute to the analytics roadmap, creating value through digital tools and processes. You join a diverse, high-visibility team that supports continuous improvement and control across the organization.

• Lead and coordinate internal audits (subsidiary, process, project, special) globally
• Scoping, fieldwork, coordination, and communication with senior management; action planning
• Supervise and review team work; prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Perform data analytics during fieldwork and leverage digital tools
• Present audit results to senior management
• Contribute to changes in audit techniques via analytics; drive value using data and platforms
• Support internal control topics and continuous improvement at group level; contribute to the analytics roadmap

• University degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent; audit qualifications (CPA, CIA, or CFE)
• Minimum seven years of professional audit experience in international or Big 4 environment
• Experience leading complex audits per IIA Standards
• Industry experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Science or Electronics preferred
• Strong experience in Finance, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Business Governance, Healthcare Compliance
• Ability to scope and conduct audits of complex global processes independently
• Experience managing strategic internal projects focused on audit quality and execution
• Extensive data analytics experience; familiarity with ERP data and tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
• Intercultural and communication skills; leadership and project management capabilities
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus
