Serunion, empresa de restauración colectiva, busca un/a Ayudante de cocina para uno de sus centros.
La persona seleccionada se encargará de la planificación, preparación y presentación de comidas para grupos grandes, garantizando calidad y seguridad alimentaria.Entre las tareas figuran elaborar menús y fichas técnicas, gestionar inventario y pedidos, coordinar con el equipo, aplicar buenas prácticas de higiene (APPCC) y formar a nuevos integrantes.
