BuzzyBooth helps restaurants, hotels, dental practices, and family entertainment businesses turn customer experiences into reviews, social content, customer contacts, and repeat business through our smart photo kiosks and marketing automation platform.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Content Marketing Manager to help more business owners discover BuzzyBooth through search engines, AI‑powered search, YouTube, and social media.

About the Role

You’ll own both content strategy and content creation—researching what our ideal customers want to know, developing compelling ideas, and turning those ideas into useful content that drives qualified traffic and leads.

You should be a strong writer who understands SEO, thinks creatively across channels, and connects content to business results.

What You’ll Do

• Build our content strategy : Develop an editorial calendar based on customer questions, search opportunities, industry needs, and business goals.
• Create SEO content : Research keywords and write articles, customer case studies, guides, comparison pages, and website copy.
• Develop AI visibility initiatives : Create clear, well‑supported content that helps people and AI‑powered search tools understand BuzzyBooth, its products, and its customer results. Research opportunities for relevant third‑party mentions and track visibility across selected buyer questions.
• Plan YouTube content : Develop searchable topics, video outlines, scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnail briefs.
• Support content distribution : Identify relevant industry publications, partners, and communities for contributions and customer stories.
• Measure performance : Track organic traffic, search visibility, engagement, and qualified leads, then use those findings to improve the strategy.

You’ll collaborate with design, video editing, and web development support to bring content to life.

• Demonstrated experience in content marketing.
• Excellent English writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills.
• A portfolio of published content with examples of measurable results.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, on‑page SEO, and internal linking.
• Familiarity with AI visibility, generative engine optimization (GEO), and an evidence‑based approach to testing new methods.
• Ability to develop engaging YouTube scripts and social content ideas.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research tools.
• Ability to manage an editorial calendar and take content from idea to publication.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy, originality, and brand voice.
