Role Description & Overview
Randstad Italia SpA filiale di Mestre Divisione Office ricerca impiegato addetto all'assistenza clienti INBOUND. La risorsa interfaccierà telefonicamente gli utenti per percepire le informazioni necessarie all'inserimento di un ticket sul gestionale.
Inoltre, la stessa metterà in atto quanto previsto da procedura per l'assegnazione corretta del ticket alle squadre operative. Orario part time 25 ore settimanali, su turni h 24,5 giorni dal Lunedi alla Domenica, inclusi i festivi e turno notturno
