Role Description & Overview
Cushman & Wakefield in London seeks an experienced Senior Surveyor to join the Niche Markets Valuation team. You will deliver valuations across data centres, life sciences and other specialist sectors for secured lending, financial reporting and acquisitions.
Expect to prepare cash flows, investment appraisals, research market evidence, and build client relationships while working with colleagues across Valuation & Advisory and Capital Markets.
