Role Description & Overview
Fabriq, l’Operating System des ateliers, cherche un responsable CS pour piloter une équipe CS d’environ 10 personnes. Vous gérerez un portefeuille qui passe du mid-market à l’entreprise multi-sites et international, avec pour objectif de sécuriser le GRR et de maintenir le churn sous 5 %.
