Role Description & Overview
IUSCA is seeking a Lead Physical-Performance Practitioner to oversee the foundation and youth-development academy phases, focusing on U9–U16 players. You will coordinate strength, GPS, readiness monitoring, testing and maturation reporting, while guiding recruitment and CPD for performance staff and aligning activities with the Academy Performance Plan.
