Plumber

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a busy maintenance team carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs in Salford.
The Role
You will be responsible for a range of planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, including:

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, pipework, valves and associated plumbing components
• Diagnosing leaks, blockages and general plumbing faults
• Completing minor installations and replacement works
• Attending multiple commercial properties as required
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing a professional service while working in occupied commercial environments
• Completing relevant job sheets and maintenance records

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Previous experience within maintenance plumbing
• Experience completing reactive and planned repairs
• Commercial property/building maintenance experience desirable
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
