Aspire People are recruiting **SEMH Teaching Assistants and Support Staff** to work in specialist schools across Birmingham!

We're looking for confident, resilient and patient individuals who can support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Experience with challenging behaviour, emotional regulation and de-escalation is highly desirable.

• Transferable experience is welcome!** If you've worked in residential care, youth work, sports coaching, security, the prison service, the police, the armed forces or similar roles, your skills could be a great fit.

✅ Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour

✅ Calm, consistent and confident approach

✅ Able to build positive relationships and maintain boundaries

✅ SEMH or behaviour-support experience desirable
