Senior Accountant – Fund Services

Meraki Talent’s Corporate and Fund Services client are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in Jersey

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting Manager in the team’s operations and assist in the leadership of the Accountants within the team ensuring work is high quality and meets regulatory requirements
• Take responsibility for financial reporting, NAV calculations/reporting, management accounting, stat financial statements for assigned client base – across a wide range of fund structures and SPVs
• Take a leading role in client servicing and project/change activity

Background

• Holds a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAS, CIMA, or other international equivalent)
• Financial Reporting standards knowledge (UK and/or US GAAP, IFRS, ect…)
• Investran experience would be an advantage
• Strong client service and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or training/supervising junior colleagues would be beneficial
