Role Description & Overview
Hospices Civils de Lyon recherche un assistant social à 0,8 ETP pour accompagner les usagers et leurs proches au sein de notre nouvelle unité.
Vous évaluerez les besoins et coconstruirez un plan d’action personnalisé, tout en facilitant l’accès aux droits et les démarches administratives (CPAM, CAF, APA, MDPH). Vous collaborerez avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire et développerez un réseau de proximité.
