Skechers Italia S.r.l. cerca un/una Jr HR Administrator in Apprendistato Professionalizzante per crescere nelle aree HR, formazione e payroll. L’inquadramento prevede contratto di 36 mesi, livello iniziale 5° CCNL Terziario e una RAL di partenza di 25.500 euro.
Prevista possibilità di lavoro da remoto e forte orientamento al lavoro di squadra. Si lavorerà sul ciclo di vita del dipendente, onboarding, gestione formazione, recruitment e report HR; sarà richiesto uso avanzato di Excel e conoscenza
