Role Description & Overview
An experienced Senior Finance Business Partner is required to provide commercial finance support across a portfolio of complex cleaning and security contracts. You'll work closely with operational leaders to strengthen margins, analyse labour performance and improve financial decision-making.

The Role
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll:
- Manage financial performance and margins across cleaning and security contracts.
- Analyse labour utilisation, operational costs and financial variances.
- Provide commercial insight to contract managers and operational leaders.
- Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and cost-benefit analysis.
- Translate complex labour costs into clear commercial recommendations.
- Support bid teams with financial analysis for new Soft FM opportunities.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and contractual service requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify risks and improve contract performance.
To be successful as the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll have:
- Full CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.
- Experience managing labour-intensive operational budgets and contracts.
- Strong commercial finance, modelling and variance analysis capabilities.
- Experience within high-volume, low-margin service environments.
- Knowledge of contract KPIs and performance against strict SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance leaders.
- Soft FM, cleaning or security sector experience would be advantageous.
- £350–£400 per day.
- 13-week contract.
- Birmingham location.
- Responsibility across complex, multi-site operational contracts.
- Exposure to cleaning and security service portfolios.
