Role Description & Overview
ST James Facilities is seeking a Team Leader based at the reception desk(s) to cover front of house within the client Building/Estate in City of London. You will own the reception area and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.
You'll manage rota, liaise with cleaners, security and other departments, and drive continuous improvements in Front of House standards while maintaining professional image and customer focus for visitors and occupiers.
