Junior Accountant

As a Head Office Junior Accountant in London, you will handle core accounting work for an FMCG business and help keep financial information accurate and up to date. You will work within the Accounting & Finance team, supporting reliable reporting and the smooth day-to-day running of finance processes.

Description

• Maintain accurate accounting records to support clear and reliable financial information.
• Process financial transactions and ensure entries are recorded correctly and on time.
• Reconcile relevant accounts and investigate differences to keep records up to date.
• Prepare routine finance information for internal reporting and review.
• Support the month-end close by completing assigned accounting tasks to agreed deadlines.
• Review financial data for accuracy and resolve straightforward issues where needed.
• Keep finance files and supporting documents organised for easy reference.
• Work with colleagues across the Accounting & Finance team to maintain effective daily processes.

Profile

A successful 'Head Office Junior Accountant' should have:

Job Offer

• Salary of £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
