Ethic Search Partners recrute un Directeur SIRH Groupe H/F en CDI pour son client évoluant dans l’univers FMCG, basé dans les Hauts-de-Seine (92). Vous définissez et pilotez la stratégie SIRH Groupe à l’échelle internationale, en cohérence avec les orientations du Groupe et les enjeux de transformation RH.
Vous supervisez les projets de transformation SIRH, assurez la performance et la gouvernance des données, et vous managez une équipe d’experts. Un niveau d’anglais courant est requis.
