Academics are looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Prenton and across the Wirral.

Our partner schools are looking for TAs who are confident, caring and ready to get stuck in - people who can support pupils effectively while becoming a valued part of the school team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Working with individuals and small groups

Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs

Helping with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy

Working alongside class teachers and other support staff

Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence

Creating a safe and inclusive learning environmentWE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above

✔ Previous experience working in a primary school

✔ A genuine passion for working with children

✔ Confidence adapting to different classrooms

✔ A positive and flexible attitude

✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding
