Role Description & Overview
Teatro alla Scala is inviting applications for an international competition for the position of First Clarinet. This role requires the ability to perform second and additional clarinet parts. The position is classified at the second level within the artistic area, as per the current collective bargaining agreement, with an annual gross salary of €82,229.20.
Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being at least 18 years old and holding citizenship from an EU country or having a long-term residence permit if from outside the EU. Additionally, candidates must possess a diploma from a conservatory or an equivalent qualification related to the clarinet. A medical examination will be required to confirm physical suitability for the role.
