Position: Senior Producer
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Hours/Shifts: 40 hours
The Senior Producer will coordinate multiple markets, assets and production teams, define production plans, align priorities and resources with the team, and manage the resolution of issues that could affect quality or delivery.
The role combines hands-on project management with guidance of other Producers and responsibility for improving production workflows.
It requires a strong understanding of theatrical localization, including the dependencies between graphics, subtitling, dubbing, QC and final delivery.
Coordinate priorities across concurrent projects, resolving scheduling conflicts and capacity concerns with Producers and creative Leads.
Coordinate graphics, subtitling, dubbing, QC and post-production teams to ensure that all elements and language versions are aligned for final delivery.
Oversee reviews, approvals and quality checks, ensuring that feedback is implemented and deliverables meet the agreed brief and technical specifications.
Ensure that project records, asset tracking and delivery lists are accurate, complete and up to date.
Proven experience independently managing complex audiovisual localization or post-production projects involving multiple markets, versions and tight deadlines.
A strong command of written and spoken English is essential, including the ability to lead meetings, clarify complex requirements and communicate production issues confidently.
A strong understanding of theatrical localization and delivery workflows, including the dependencies between graphics, subtitling, dubbing, QC and final mastering.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance hands-on project management, wider production priorities and support for other Producers.
