Uncapped Weekly Commission

This is a self-employed, commission-only role where your earnings directly reflect your closing ability, with zero income ceiling:

• £78,000–£130,000+ Realistic OTE: Earn £700–£840+ per sale on an average £7,000 order value.

• Weekly BACS Payouts: Paid weekly upon installation (typically within 10 days of sale).

• Self-Sourced Bonus: Extra 5% commission on any appointments you generate yourself.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 12 months of proven in-home or direct sales experience is required.

• You must hold a valid UK driving licence and operate your own vehicle,

• You must possess a laptop and smartphone, and be available for evening appointments (up to 8 pm) and one weekend day.
