Role: Project Coordinator / Business Support

Project: Commercial Fit-Out Contractor

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Start: Immediate

Experience:

Previous experience within the fit-out or construction industry essential

Experience in a Project Coordinator, Business Support or similar administrative role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident coordinating multiple tasks and supporting project delivery

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Able to liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Experience managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records

Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional and confident when dealing with clients and colleaguesResponsibilities:

Provide day-to-day project coordination and business support

Assist Project Managers with the smooth running of commercial fit-out projects

Coordinate project documentation, reports and general administration

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients to support project delivery

Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries where required

Maintain project files, records and documentation

Support the preparation of quotations, purchase orders and invoices

Monitor project schedules and assist with tracking progress

Manage emails, phone calls and general business correspondence

Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks

Help ensure projects run efficiently and deadlines are met
