Senior Finance Officer - Financial Management

Our client is a successful, privately owned multi-site hospitality business with a well-established presence across the Midlands. Combining traditional values with a modern commercial approach, the business continues to invest in its venues, people and growth plans, creating an exciting environment for an ambitious finance professional to make a genuine impact.
As Financial Controller, you will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and valuable commercial insight to support business performance. Working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, you will drive process improvements, develop the finance team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven Financial Controller experience, strong technical accounting skills and a commercial mindset. Confident leading a finance team and partnering with senior stakeholders, you'll be passionate about improving processes, strengthening controls and delivering insightful reporting that drives business performance is a fully office-based position, with an expectation to be on-site five days per week.
Competitive day rate of £350-£500 per day, dependent on experience.
