About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis from ASAP until Christmas. This role will focus on supporting the finance function with invoice processing and day-to-day transactional accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently

Managing accounts payable transactions

Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving queries

Maintaining accurate financial records

Assisting with bookkeeping and transactional accounting tasks

Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required

Ensuring all financial information is processed in a timely manner

Skills & Experience Required

Previous bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience

Strong invoice processing skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with financial systems and spreadsheets

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines
