• £26,000–£34,000+ per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership, use your judgement and see the difference your work makes.

Depending on your team, you’ll:

• Guide customers from First Notification of Loss through their Accidental Damage claim.

• Investigate Third Party vehicle and property damage claims, establish liability and negotiate resolutions.

• Put your Credit Hire knowledge to work assessing charges and challenging excessive costs.

• Keep your caseload moving through clear communication with customers, brokers and claims partners.

• Spot inconsistencies, flag potential fraud and make sure the detail stands up to scrutiny.

About You

• You bring experience in motor insurance claims, whether that’s FNOL, Accidental Damage, Third Party or Credit Hire.

• You can combine empathy with a practical approach—reassuring a customer or challenging a claim when needed.

• You take pride in keeping control of your files, not just keeping them updated.

• You’re interested in developing your technical knowledge, with support towards CII qualifications.

• For opportunities at the upper end of the salary range, you’ll bring at least two years’ motor claims experience.
