Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator required for a newly created opportunity for a business based in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership of the payroll function and working independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 200 employees, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time. My client is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processes for approximately 200 employees.
• Processing starters, leavers and changes to employee details.
• Calculating overtime, bonuses, holiday pay, SSP, SMP and other statutory payments.
• Ensuring accurate PAYE, National Insurance and pension deductions.
• Managing auto-enrolment and pension submissions.
• Processing payroll year-end procedures, including P60s and P45s.
• Completing HMRC submissions and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation.
• Responding to payroll queries from employees and management.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring confidentiality.
