As a Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll activity within the Retail sector, helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to keep payroll processes organised and reliable.

Manage the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Maintain payroll records and employee data, keeping information complete and up to date.

Review payroll figures before processing to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Work with the Accounting & Finance department to provide clear payroll information.

Respond to payroll queries promptly and provide practical guidance to employees.

Prepare regular payroll reports to support accurate financial records.

Improve day-to-day payroll processes to maintain efficient and consistent delivery.Profile

A successful 'Payroll Manager' should have:

Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.

Strong attention to detail when reviewing payroll data and calculations.

Ability to maintain accurate employee and payroll records.

Experience resolving payroll queries in a clear and timely way.
