The Role

You will manage a small portfolio of existing commercial insurance clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.

Key responsibilities include

• Handling renewals and new business enquiries
• Negotiating terms with clients and underwriters
• Issuing accurate and compliant documentation
• Assisting with claims handling
• Supporting Account Executives
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Commercial / corporate insurance experience
• Acturis experience
• Cert CII qualified (not essential)
• A strong track record of client retention
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional, client-focused approach
• Knowledge of FCA, DPA and regulatory requirements
